A question about execution policy RemoteSigned

Hello

I always thought from what i read in the past, that if your PoweShell execution Policy was set to RemoteSigned and you create a PowerShell script on  computer-A then copied it across the network to another computer-B when you tried to run from the script on Computer-B it would fail (unless signed by a trusted publisher). However this does not appear to be the case, if this therefore only related to files download via a WEB Browser?
