Impersonate User without knowing Password in powershell

Hi All,

Is there away, as admin, to impersonate a none admin user without knowing the password. I know I can impersonate a user if I know the pasword but I'd like to know if I can do it without knowing the password. I have a few scripts that modify a few user settings but they need to run as the user them self. The computers are not part of AD. Any suggestions?
