Hi All,
I am a hack-a-scripter. I can usually read scripts and merge them or play around with them but in this case I haven't been able to find much on the web.
I have a required where I was to provide a list of Hostnames.
I then want to ping the host and then record the response.
If the ping is successful then record the results and do a "ping -a" on the IP Address.
Then record the resulting Hostname from this command.
Can any give me any advice or whip something up in a batch file or vbscript for me?
