change the IP address of existing printer port

I'm looking for a script that will change the IP address of existing IP printer ports. For example, I need to change a Konica printer named KMBT5B3E52  at address 192.168.1.150 to address 192.168.1.100 on the client machines. All I need to do is change the port address on each client, the name will remain the same. It does need to account for users logging in after the script has run at an earlier log in, since it will have to be set to run till all current users have logged in and made the change. they are using a Windows 2003 AD Domain and the majority of the client machines are windows XP SP3, with 5 Windows 2000, and 2 Windows 7 boxes.
