How to Export List of User Accounts from Office 365

I need a Powershell command to extract a list of all our Office 365 users and there country and license type.

I have discovered a few different commands on various forums but when I try these in Powershell I get the following error.

"WARNING: More results are available. Please specify one of the All or MaxResults parameters."

I get a CSV file in the location I specified however it is empty. Can someone please advise?
