Power Shell script to check files and display a message

I have the following requirement.

I have some 800 servers which get a set of files transferred from a remote source each and every hour in a designated location on the server. The file names are identical in the first half and the later has a time stamp. I need to have a Power Shell Script which helps me to either get the list of files that came in in the last 1 hour or to display a success message when it had checked the arrival of files or folder modification date of the designated folder.

I also need the script to fetch the same result from all of the servers.
