Creating a Batch file to Execute Two Programs in Parallel

I have two programs that I want to execute at a certain time in parallel every day.  Now I realize that Task Scheduler will allow me to create a task to execute a program, but if I list both programs, the first one executes, but the second one does not execute until I stop the first program.

My solution was to create a batch file to run both of these programs, but I forgot which batch command I use to execute the programs within the script.  Is it "run" or "exec"?
