script create shares on W2012

Hi,

I have a 2012 server and I want to create shares (c:\Shares\groupn) for groups of users.

each group is own by one or many users and

each user can read and write on one or many folders

I manualy do it the way it is explained here : http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/data-center/how-to-share-a-folder-in-windows-server-2012/

but I would prefer a power shell script with a csv file
