Edit $ENV:Path in Powershell - four new functions: TEST-Localadmin not recognized

I wanted to use the four new path functions that I got from here (from the scripting guy at this forum):

First of all: is there a download somewhere rather than just the copy button?
I copied it into its own .psm1 which I filed parallel to the other modules at the right place.
However, in the script TEST-LocalAdmin is used but not included in the script, so it crashes:
TEST-LocalAdmin : Die Benennung "TEST-LocalAdmin" wurde nicht als Name eines Cmdlet, einer Funktion, einer Skriptdatei
oder eines ausführbaren Programms erkannt. Überprüfen Sie die Schreibweise des Namens, oder ob der Pfad korrekt ist
(sofern enthalten), und wiederholen Sie den Vorgang.

Where would I get a copy of the script that works?

Also, there is no help file – a minor issue, but it would be nice to have.
