Please help with IPv4 script

Hey guys,

I could really use your help. I downloaded the:

Get computers ping status, IP, OS version, sp version, uptime and last boot gui

from http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/scriptcenter/Display-computers-status-c8ff289d

I got everything set up, but the problem is that the script is pulling the IPv6 address. How can i modify the code so that it will ping and reply with the IPv4 address??

If I can get the IPv4 address, this will be a very effective tool.
