Script to copy files by a list from one folder to a new folder

I have a folder with over 80,000 images in a lot of sub directories. I need about 40,000 of them copied to another folder.

I have a file with the list of the file names I need, but some of the files are duplicate. I need to takealways the latest file.

Is there a script (that I can paste the list of the ones I need copied) to perform this action?
