I want to do the following and only have the samAccountName in the file. What do I need to do to the command line?

$groups | Sort-Object samAccountName | format-list samAccountName
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I want to remove the "SamAccountName :" from the dump below
SamAccountName : Account Operators
SamAccountName : Administrators
