How can I force close an application ( same as end task ) and restart again using VBScript ?

Hi,

I have an application running on a remote server, which should be force closed ( End Task )and reopened ( start ) again. Daily we use to log into the server to carryout this task.

Need some help using Powershell to automate this task.
