Automatic signature in Office 365

Hi,

We are deploying Office 365 and want the functionality where the users signature are automatically added in the end of every conversation (and not at the end of every email). Disclaimer feature always gets added at the end of the complete email and this is not what we want. Can you please assist on the same.
