Getting Device Model for DesktopDisplay

I'm in desperate need of finding the MODEL name of my display programmatically.

So I need to display this value

However, in the Win32_DesktopMonitor ManagementObject class there is no call to retrieve this value. I can only get this currently:HERE

Please help since even in the properties for the device there is no model name displayed anywhere other than in Devices and Printers GUI in windows.
