I really hope you can help me out. I have been tasked at work with syncing the Computer Description field under System in the Control Panel with the Description field in Active Directory.
I was hoping this would be possible to do with a VBScript that I could set to run on each machine at start-up or logon for instance. Therefore, if I change the description of a computer in Active Directory, next time the machine is turned on or logged onto the script would run and the Computer Description in System in the Control Panel would be updated with the new description from Active Directory.
