Script to log in and out as each user sequentially: Is it possible?

Hi. Earlier, a moderator move my question from this forum to the Win 8.1 deployment forum, and I believe he may have been a bit hasty, but I'm unable to contact him. The thread is linked below:

Script to log in and out as each user sequentially: Is it possible?

The question is regarding whether it's possible to write a cmd or powershell script that will log out as one user and log in as another.  The reason I need to do this has to do with a recent upgrade to 8.1 and our particular user setup, but the question itself is not specific to windows 8.1 at all.  I think perhaps I was a little too wordy in describing the background to the question, and my question wasn't as apparent as it could've been.  Also, after reading the linked blog post, I should have specified I was looking to use cmd or powershell :)

Regardless of the background behind my question, (this is the sort of thing that could come in handy regardless of the version of Windows I'm using) this is a scripting question, and I feel that putting it in a different forum means that the only folks who will see it are those who have little interest in the topic, and not as much expertise as folks in this forum.

Could you please move the thread back to this forum? Thank you for your consideration.
