need to execute a sharepoint powershell in task manager

here his my script

i named my script pascal.bat on my desktop

i copied some internet samples to execute my script

my script is in c:\script\export.ps1

for testing purposes
first i open and sharepoint powershell and then i drag my script to that windowd and it executes well so i know my script.ps1 is working and it does what it should do.
I just can't add it to my task manager

i get an error message and i don't know wh
