Hi im a newbie in powershell, appreciate if can anyone can advise me how to manipulate csv file in powershell,
i have one .csv file that i want edit the column for Group and place a value "admin" if ID starts with sim using powershell, the format is like this
ID Description Group
sim1 poweruser admin
jun clientuser
sim2 poweruser admin
jojo clientuser
