multiple remote connection powershell ise

hello

i have to run a long running script on multiple remote systems at the same time, i connect to the remote system using the same user and same credential and i have my remote computers saved on computers.txt.

is it possible to add on my powershell ise automatically when i first open it (on my profile for example) my five remote connections.
