wmic memorychip ---- no instances avaiable

when I run "wmic memorychip" in command prompt , it returns "No Instance(s) Available". The system is win8.1(64bit), I have tried this command on other PCs(win8.1) and they all give out the right results.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
