Need batch command needed to delete multiple user folder in a Shared directory

Hello,

What is a simple method of using batch command to delete multiple directories from a Shared folder.  I can get around dos commands but nothing with advanced scripting.  The folders I like to delete are associated to a user's SAM account.  I have the SAM account output into a text file.
