Automating Telnet Script

Hi, I need a script which would do telnet the server say 1.2.3.4 and it should populate the user name and password. It should also perform the commands in telent server also.

I'm not able to pass username and password to the telnet server from windows. I want this to do in Window but without installaing any new software/tools.

Any help appreciable.
