I have an unknown number of users who have a correlation ID error. They can not access Outlook on the web.
I did some research, but I can not find what is causing this problem.
I found a way to fix the problem manually. I have to reassign a license to a user, and then remove it a little bit later. Our users already have assigned licenses because they are in a group and this group has an A3 license.
After fews try, it looks like assigning a license manually over the existing one ended up correcting the problem.
I contacted Microsoft support, they did not really find a solution except to do what I already do manually .. But I have an unknown number of users who have problem.
I'm wondering if there is a PowerShell command or script that I could use to detect those that are in error, and find a way to fix them massively.
