Start program automatically on logon

Hello, I have written a script to start a program automatically when a user logs in. I am using Remote Desktop Services and i want to open automatically the program whenever a user logs in.Currently with the script i have written, it opens the program only the first time the user makes a connection.Can you help me with this?
