Im needing to run a called batch as a different network user, but I need it to allow me to logon with a username and password!

Im trying to use the runas command but that is a preset username, i need it to allow me to be able to login with a username and password to run the script. Is this possible? Even having a gui pop up to allow me to do that would be good as it would be easy for everyone using this script. It's for Windows 7.
