Change print driver for multiple printers

I need to re-install a Ricoh Universal Print driver on a 2k8r2 print server. To do that, I need to change 40+ printers to use a different driver so I can delete the old one and add back the new one. I can't find a good way to set all installed printers to a specific driver. I planned on just changing all of them to use the MS XPS document driver, then installing the new one and changing them all back. Is there a built-in utility that will do this? I cant seem to figure it out using rundll32 printui or prndrvr.vbs. I was hoping one of you could help me with a script to set all printers on the server to a specified driver.
