Windows updates script

Hi,

I started with: start sconfig

It opens up sconfig windows which asks to select and option and click enter.

How do I tell the script to enter number 6 ?

I am trying to Manually download and install updates once a month. Obviously there is no way to do it from WSU so I thought about the script. 

Please suggest if there is anything else that you guys tested and used.
